How do I setup my payout account?

Once your account is approved, you will then setup your own payout account with your own bank details.

The payout account will allow you to review all your withdrawals from your Wallet as well as monitor all payouts to your bank account.

Here are the steps for you to follow to setup your payout account.

Payout Account Onboarding

1. Open the payout onboarding link you have received via TEXT
2. Enter your phone number and email
3. Enter the verification code received on your phone number
4. Select your type of business - we recommend "Individual or sole proprietorship"
5. Enter your personal details as follows:
   • First name
   • Last name
   • Email
   • Job title: Driver
   • Date of birth
   • Home address
   • Phone number
6. Enter business details as follows:
   • Industry: Ridesharing
   • Your website: rydezippy.com
   • Product description: Transportation
7. Enter your bank account details as follows:
   • Currency: CAD
   • Transit number
   • Institution number
   • Account number
8. Review and submit
9. Logon into your account through https://connect.stripe.com
10. Select "ZIPPY" as the account
11. Select "ZIPPY" as the platform
12. Click "Update" to update your business information
13. Verify your identity as follows:
    • Upload document
    • Upload file with front of driving license
    • Upload file with back of driving license
    • Verify yourself with a selfie
14. Review and confirm
15. Congrats, you now have a payout account with us with complete access to all your payouts
