Cancellation & Waiting Time Policy

A Cancellation Fee compensates drivers for the time and effort they spend getting to the rider's location.


A Waiting Time Fee allows our drivers to be compensated by riders for the time spent waiting at a pick up location.



On-Demand Trip

All cancellations made within 3 minutes of matching are not chargeable.


Driver will receive a Cancellation Fee, if:

  1. Rider cancels after 3 minutes of matching.


Rider will receive a Cancellation Fee, if:

  1. Driver cancels after 1 minute of accepting the ride.


Platform may charge a Waiting Time Fee at the end of the trip if:

  1. The driver pressed "Arrived", waits for > 5 minutes for rider to arrive at pick up point and cancels the trip (Rider NO SHOW and no trip completion), OR
  2. The driver pressed "Arrived", waits for > 5 minutes for rider to board, and continues the trip (Rider boards and driver completes trip).
