Request for Cancellation & Waiting Time Fee
To qualify for a cancellation/waiting time fee, the following conditions must be met:
- You arrived at the pick up location and the rider was not present within 5 minutes of your arrival.
- In the event that a rider cancels the booking, the fee will be automatically credited to you, provided you meet the eligibility criteria.
Appealing for Cancellation/Waiting Time Fee Due to Various Reasons
- Rider booked the wrong service or wrong location and refused to cancel.
- Rider cancelled the trip once you reached the pick up point.
- Rider came with additional riders.
- Rider arrived with a child without a booster seat.
- My ZippySEND order was delayed for more than 5 minutes and I did not receive the waiting time fee.
- My ZippySEND order was cancelled after 5 minutes and I did not receive the cancellation fee.
- I cancelled the ZippySEND trip as the order was not ready after 5 minutes but did not receive the cancellation fee.
My Rider Made a Mess in My Vehicle
- Vomit
- Seat stains
- Spillage
- Soil
Tip:
Keep plastic bags & newspaper handy to protect your seats from Pets.
Having plastic bags easily accessible in your car can be helpful, if any rider feels nauseous or needs to vomit. Consider using newspapers to keep your seats clean if you allow pets in your vehicle.

- Driver Inquiries - Cleanup charges
- Photo evidence (e.g. a picture of the vomit/stain/etc.)
- Receipt from the Cleaning Company with the following details:
- Name, contact number & address
- Date of cleaning
- Authorized personnel's signature/company stamp
