Dormant Accounts

All rider accounts must be active in the past 12 months, that is to complete at least one trip within a 12-month period.


Riders who are unable to log in after 6 months of inactivity must appeal by submitting a ticket via Zippy Support. Rider ratings will be reset to the default settings.
