Do I need to pay for damages or loss of items, how will Zippy charge me?

If the sender meets the conditions specified in our Terms & Conditions for a compensation claim, Zippy will deduct the compensation amount (up to $100) from your account. The final amount will be determined by Zippy.


You are solely responsible for any loss, damage, contamination, soiling, or detention related to the delivery item that occurs from the time of pick up until delivery and is caused directly by you.


Zippy has the complete and exclusive discretion to accept, deny, or determine a reasonable amount for final compensation.
