- Driver Inquiries – Found an Item
- Item details and where it was found – add photos as it helps
- Trip ID/Details
We will then connect you with the rider to arrange the return.
If you are unsure which trip the lost item is from, do submit a ticket via Zippy Support with the following:
- Driver Inquiries – Found an Item
- Item details and where it was found – add photos as it helps
- Trip ID/Details – Unknown
We will then look out for any rider who makes a report for a lost item that matches the details that you have shared and connect you with the rider to arrange the return.
