I lost my item

If you lost an item on a ride and you know which trip it is from, do submit a ticket via Zippy Support with the following:

  • Rider Inquiries – Lost an Item
  • Item details and where it was found – add photos as it helps
  • Trip ID/Details

We will then connect you with the driver to arrange the return.



If you are unsure which trip the item was lost, do submit a ticket via Zippy Support with the following:

  • Rider Inquiries – Lost an Item
  • Item details and where it was found – add photos as it helps
  • Trip ID/Details – Unknown

We will then look out for any driver who makes a report on the item that matches the details that you have shared and connect you with the driver to arrange the return.
