What if my items are larger than Zippy's size criteria, what should I do?

If your items turn out to be larger than our size criteria, please cancel your order.

Cancellation charges may be applicable to senders, in the event where the sender cancels the request from the moment the driver matches until the item is picked up.

We advise you to measure your item carefully prior to ordering.

Drivers have the right to decline your delivery should your items be larger than Zippy's size criteria.
