Your cancellation rating (CR) will increase. Do note that your profile will be flagged for frequent cancellations and may even be suspended if your cancellation rating is too high. The same applies in the case of frequent rejections.
Additionally, we have automated policies in place that will perform the following actions:
- If a driver cancels 5 trips then they are blocked for 5 min.
- If a driver rejects 5 trips then they are blocked for 5 min.
We encourage drivers to commit to their requests.
