We strive to continually upkeep the community to ensure that it is trustworthy, like-minded and respectable. The driver rating system allows Zippy to keep track of rider satisfaction and maintain high driver quality.
The driver's rating is calculated based on their last 100 trips to ensure that it reflects the driver's recent performance. If the driver received less than 100 ratings, the system will calculate the average based on all the rating received to date.
All new drivers will have a default rating of 0.0 and will be auto adjusted based on reviews thereafter.
