I am unable to contact my rider. The rider did not turn up. What should I do?

Try to contact the rider by in-app chat or call. If the rider still cannot be reached, you may need to cancel the trip.


Do not worry about rider no-shows, as our driver cancellation rating (CR) requirements have catered for a buffer based on statistical data for these unfortunate events. Drivers' CR is improved based on the most recent trips as well.
