Please note that only trips from new riders will be considered for the bonuses.


To be eligible for the bonus count, a "UNIQUE TRIP" must be requested by a different rider. All the criteria must be met for trips to be counted in.


Please refer to the conditions for the incentives per the offering.


If you have met all the criteria but did not receive your bonus, submit a ticket via Zippy Support.
