I completed a trip without picking up the rider

I cannot cancel a trip that did not happen. I want to refund my rider.


You will not be able to cancel the trip once you tap "Pick Up". If your rider has been charged for a trip that you could not cancel, please let us know.


Drivers are advised to cancel the trip request if they are not able to take the trip or if the rider does not show up. If you have completed the trip that you have not completed, kindly share the details with us by submitting a ticket via Zippy Support.
