We feel your concern on such experience. We are highly encouraging and expecting our riders to be respectful and polite, especially to our drivers. As an open peer-to-peer platform, in order to better manage the community, members are able to provide ratings and honest reviews based on their experience. Drivers do view riders' ratings and reviews prior to confirming a trip. Our system automatically suspends drivers/riders who fall below a certain threshold. In the worst scenarios, riders will be permanently banned. To report the rider, do share more details with us by submitting a ticket via Zippy Support.
