Can I pick up a rider with children?

You can pick up riders travelling with children if they have their own appropriate child restraint or booster seat.

Riders With Children Above 1.45m

• No child restraint or booster seat is required.
• The child is tall enough to ride in a normal car seat while using the seat belt.

Riders With Children Below 1.45m

• Child restraint or booster seat is required.
• If the rider is able to provide the appropriate child restraint device, you may pick up the rider.

*Baby carriers/harnesses are not an appropriate child restraint device.

If you can't accept the ride due to lack of appropriate child restraint or booster seat, please cancel the trip and indicate rider is with a child as the reason.
