We feel your concern about such an experience. Our drivers are required to maintain a high standard of professional service including being respectful and polite. As an open peer-to-peer platform, in order to better manage the community, riders are able to provide ratings and honest reviews based on their experience. Riders are able to view drivers' ratings and reviews prior to confirming a trip. Our system automatically suspends drivers who fall below a certain threshold. In the worst scenarios, drivers will be permanently banned. To report the driver, do share more details with us by submitting a ticket via Zippy Support.

The driver did not match the profile in-app or using a different vehicle.
If you have been picked up by a driver different from the driver profile on our app or from a different vehicle, you may choose not to enter the vehicle and arrange for alternative transport in the app. Please do let us know with photo evidence.
