What should I do if I encounter a problem/error/blank page on Zippy App?

If you encounter technical issues on Zippy App, such as problem loading pages, inability to accept a trip or inability to send messages via Zippy Chat, try the following basic troubleshooting techniques:



Troubleshooting App Issues

  1. Close and re-open the Zippy App (force close the application if necessary).
  2. Clear your Zippy App cache by going to device Setting > Apps > search for "Zippy" > Storage > Clear Cache.
  3. Log out and log in to your Zippy account again.
  4. Make sure your Zippy App is updated to the latest version.
  5. For Android, OS version should not be lower than Android 10.0.
  6. For iOS, OS version should not be lower than iOS 13.
  7. Uninstall and reinstall the Zippy App.



Troubleshooting Connectivity Issues

  1. If you are connected via mobile data, ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  2. Turn your phone's Airplane Mode on and off to reset your connection.
