Rider Capacity

Riders are required to book the right service based on rider capacity for safety and compliance per regulations. 

Luggage Capacity

You're recommended to store your luggage or bulky items in the vehicle trunk. However, if your belongings cannot fit into the space, you can ask your driver if you can use the rider seat(s) instead. Please ensure that it does not block the driver's view, as rider and driver safety is a top priority for Zippy.

Do note that doing so will reduce the number of riders allowed to ride in the vehicle as well. However, your driver may decline your request to put your items on the rider seat(s). The driver also has the right to cancel your booking if your belongings have the potential to cause damage or messiness to the vehicle.

*The recommended maximum capacity acts as a guideline for the amount of space available for each service type. The size of a large luggage is estimated to be 27 inches. Kindly book the correct service types based on the number of riders & pieces of luggage. If you have more luggage than stated, consider booking two rides.
